Breath work and gentle movement come together in the heart of the forest.

As we move slowly through the land we’ll explore organic movement aligned to breath -- softening, releasing tension and inviting greater fluidity into your body. 

With each breath you’ll draw in health giving aerosols - a gift from the trees. You’ll leave feeling more buoyant and energized.

No mats, props or yoga experience needed here.

Nurturing wellness from within, a tranquil practice that soothes body, mind and spirit.

A very gentle  “warm up to slow down” -- softening into conscious relaxation.

Restorative yoga uses a series of long-held, supported resting poses to create the conditions for us to relax and restore, releasing tensions and stimulating nourishing flow of the systems of our body.

These studio sessions quiet the mind to reduce stress, re-energize and create fresh perspective.
