Dedicated time in the forest doesn’t just feel good, it is good. It soothes the mind, and in the process changes the workings of our brains and bodies in ways that improve our health. Taiga Walks are an invitation to slow down, restore balance and reconnect with the rhythms of the natural world. People use words like calm, peaceful, content and grounded to describe how they feel after our walks.
